We decided on Dr. Rolf Schulz as consultant and facilitator of the 5th convention of the HR managers in our Group. Dr. Schulz supported us in selecting the method and design of the event with his ideas, which enabled classic and innovative elements to be integrated into a newly developed method called "frame to free". He also supported us in designing the finer points of communication with the participants before the convention and acted as facilitator throughout the entire event. This was held mainly in English and partly bilingually (English/French).
The ambitious targets were reached and the event was a great success, from the perspective of both the HR managers responsible and the participants. Dr. Schulz made a significant contribution to this. Our cooperation with him was and is marked by professionalism, competence and great sincerity. A complete business unit was newly formed from employees of various departments as part of a departmental reorganization.
