We decided on Dr. Rolf Schulz as consultant and facilitator of the 5th convention of the HR managers in our Group. Dr. Schulz supported us in selecting the method and design of the event with his ideas, which enabled classic and innovative elements to be integrated into a newly developed method called "frame to free".
